To make purchases on polo.am you do not need to register.

On each product page, you will find all available sizes and colors, a description and the composition of the item. Click on the product image to zoom in and see all of the details.

How to order

1.       From the item page, select the desired color and size of the product

2.       Add the product to your Cart

3.       Once you have finished shopping, click on Cart

4.       Select a shipping method and a payment method

5.       Enter your shipping details and on the following page, your payment details

6.       Check that the information you entered is correct and click "Order".

After a few minutes you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your order. From this moment on our warehouse will take care of everything and as soon as the order ships we will notify you with another confirmation email.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

We are sorry, but once an order has been confirmed, it is processed automatically and cannot be canceled. The package can be returned as indicated in our Return Policy.

CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER AND ADD OTHER PRODUCTS OR REMOVE THEM?

Unfortunately not. Each order is processed automatically and once it has been confirmed, it is not possible to modify the details. To purchase additional items, you must place a new order. To return any items please refer to our Return Policy.

CAN I SHOP FROM MY MOBILE DEVICE?

Of course! You can navigate the mobile-optimized version of our website.

Payment Methods

polo.am accepts the following payment methods:

Credit Card: Visa, MasterCard. 
The total will be charged to your card when the order is confirmed, after you finally enter and re-check all the necessary data.

PayPal: Shop easily online without having to enter your credit card details on the website. 
Your account will be charged once the order is completed. To register for a PayPal account, visit the website paypal.com.

 

PAYMENT SECURITY

On polo.am, every purchase is made with maximum security and with use of protected connections.

To safeguard your credit card purchases, you will always be asked to enter your CVV code for every order. Our bank’s Payments department may carry out anti-fraud checks before approving the transaction and for greater protection, they may contact you for further details before confirming the order.

 

PRINT OR VIEW INVOICE

An invoice is included in the Shipping Confirmation email sent when your package has left our warehouse.
Unfortunately we are unable to modify invoices which have already been issued.
In order to avoid export issues and delivery delays, the products and prices listed on the invoice must match the actual contents of your package.

WHY CAN'T I COMPLETE MY ORDER?

Please check that you have correctly entered the data for your selected method of payment. If you are paying with a credit card and the problem persists, we suggest contacting your Credit Card Issuer.

WHEN WILL MY CREDIT CARD BE CHARGED?

As soon as you complete your order, authorization for the necessary payment will be requested automatically to verify the validity of the credit card and availability of funds; however, the card is not charged at this time. The actual payment occurs when the order is dispatched, at which point you will receive a notification email.

WHY DID YOU CHARGE ME TWICE EVEN THOUGH I ONLY PLACED ONE ORDER?

We guarantee that your credit card will be charged only once for the amount of an order. It is possible that the amount may be shown twice on your statement: the first entry corresponds to the payment authorization request that is made when you place the order; the second confirms the actual charge.

SHIPPING TIMES AND COSTS

The times and cost of delivery are determined depending on the method of delivery chosen by you and the country where the parcel should be sent. This data will be displayed in the online calculator when placing an order in "Cart".

Our courier delivers from Monday to Friday during business hours and will make one delivery attempt to the shipping address indicated while placing the order. Should this not be possible the parcel will be delivered to the nearest Access Point. For more detailed information on delivery methods contact us.

Our warehouse is closed for these weekends and holidays. Please plan accordingly as orders will not be shipped out on these dates. All orders are processed automatically and we are unable to expedite or delay shipping times.

 

After sending your order, you will receive an email with the tracking number of your package.

Where do you ship my order from?

We ship all orders from our warehouse in Yerevan (Armenia). 

polo.am is a virtual store: all items on sale can be seen and purchased directly online. Do not worry for the quality of the goods, a strict quality control system operates in our warehouse and in case you were wondering… no, the warehouse is not open to the public.

In what packing do orders are sent?

Your order is packed in our brand paper and envelope, which are enclosed in the package of the delivery service you have chosen, depending on the size and weight.

STAGES OF DELIVERY BY EMS MAIL SERVICE

The Tracking Number may remain inactive during 3-10 days after the export of the order while the parcel is in the transit zone until the parcel is delivered to your country's customs office.

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

 

The delivery address of your order must match the country site in which you place your order. Orders made from a different country site than the delivery address will be automatically cancelled. Please select the correct country site for your order from the link in the corner of every page.

We do not deliver parcels addressed to "On Demand" or to "Subscriber Mailbox". Such orders will be canceled.

Our warehouse does not send orders on weekends. Please consider this when planning your purchases. All orders are processed automatically, so we can not expedite shipping process.

Return Policy

Return Policy

Our purpose is to guarantee your full satisfaction. If, for any reason whatsoever, you are not satisfied with your order, you may exercise your right to return purchased products within ten (10) days from the date on which you received them from polo.am. The products you want to return must be received by G.A.P.A. within thirty (30) days from the date the package was delivered to you. The products may be returned using a shipping agent of your choice.

 

It is necessary to send a corresponding message on the website in Customer Service area or to the address of [email protected], necessarily indicating the order number in the message, after which we will process the return.

 

It is not possible to return an item in exchange for another.

Terms and Conditions of Return
The right to return products shall be deemed correctly exercised once the following conditions have been fully met:

a. a request for return with indication of the order number must be submitted to polo.am within ten (10) days from the date of your receipt thereof;
b. the products have not been used, worn, washed, modified or damaged; 
c. the identification tag is still attached to the products with the disposable seal; 
d. the products must be returned, complete and unused, in their original packaging;
e. G.A.P.A. must receive the goods within thirty (30) days from the date the package was delivered to you.

If you have fulfilled all requirements set forth above, G.A.P.A. shall refund the entire price for the returned purchased products. Any duties, taxes and fees you have paid for the delivery of the purchased products shall not be refunded. You will be notified if the returned products cannot be accepted. In this case, you may choose to have the products delivered to you at no expense by G.A.P.A.. If you refuse the above delivery, G.A.P.A. reserves the right to retain the products and the amount paid for your purchase of the products. 
Please note that any duties, taxes and fees you have paid for the delivery of the purchased products shall not be refunded.

Return Shipping
You can ship your returns to G.A.P.A. with a shipping service of your choice and the return shipping will be at your own expense. Please verify that you have accurately completed and included with your package all the necessary documentation for Customs clearance. We recommend that you consult with local authorities and/or your selected shipping service to ensure that the documentation is sufficient. G.A.P.A. cannot be held responsible for parcels that are detained at Customs because of lacking or insufficient documentation. G.A.P.A. therefore highly recommends that you choose a shipping service that permits you to trace it at any time. Be sure that the type of shipping you choose guarantees the delivery of the parcel within the time frame of thirty (30) days from the date on which you received your order.

Refund Times and Procedures
After G.A.P.A. has received the returned products and checked that the products meet all requirements, you will receive an e-mail that the returned products have been accepted. Whatever form of payment you used (Credit or Debit Card, PayPal), the refund procedure will start within 30 days from when G.A.P.A. was informed of your decision to exercise your right to return the purchased products and once G.A.P.A. has checked that the return was carried out in compliance with the above conditions.
In case of confirmation of the refund, the amount paid for the initial delivery of the goods is also subject to payment.
The time period for refunding the amount you paid for purchasing the returned products depends on the form of payment used:
- purchase by Credit/Debit Card: refund time will depend on the card company’s policies.
- for purchase by PayPal: refunds are made to the PayPal account; the crediting is displayed immediately.

In the case of gifts, the refund of the sums paid for purchases will be made to the individual who made the payment.

Disposable Seal
All products sold by G.A.P.A. include an identification tag attached complete with a disposable seal. Please try on the products without removing the tag and seal. Returned products without the tag or seal will not be accepted.

Custom Duties

CUSTOMS DUTIES

 

Goods sent to the Russian Federation in the name of one individual will be subject to import duties if within one calendar month their value exceeds the amount of 1000 euros and the total weight is over 31 kg.

In case of exceeding these norms, customs duties of 30% are applied on an amount exceeding 1000 euros. You can find out more information by going to the official website of the Customs Union Commission.

Starting from "01" January 2019, the rules for the import of goods into the Russian Federation may change.

Goods sent to Ukraine will be subject to import duties if the value of goods received in one day in the name of one individual exceeds the amount of 150 euros. In case of excess of the above mentioned norm, customs duties are applied for an amount exceeding 150 euros. Unfortunately, we can not calculate these fees.
